Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Astrology Consultation Services

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all astrology consultations. If you feel the session did not provide adequate clarity, you may request a free follow-up session within 7 days of the original consultation.

Cancellation Before Session

• If you cancel before the astrologer contacts you (i.e., before the session begins), a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
• To cancel, email us at damruspiritualality@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your booking details.

After Session Completion

Once a consultation session has been completed (the astrologer has provided the reading and delivered the written report), the service is considered fulfilled. Refunds are not applicable after session completion, though our satisfaction guarantee for follow-ups still applies.

2. Puja & Havan Services

• Cancellation 48+ hours before scheduled puja: Full refund within 5-7 business days.
• Cancellation 24-48 hours before: 50% refund. The balance covers samagri and pandit arrangement costs.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund. Puja materials and pandit time have already been committed.
• Rescheduling: Free rescheduling if requested 24+ hours before the scheduled date, subject to availability.

3. Products — Gemstones, Yantras & Vastu Items

Return Window

You may return products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all certificates and accessories
• A return request must be submitted via email at damruspiritualality@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product
• Include your order number and reason for return

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
• Gemstones that have been set into jewelry or altered in any way
• Products without original packaging or lab certificates
• Custom-energized or personalized items (once energization rituals have begun)

Refund Process for Products

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns
• For damaged or defective products received, we will provide a full refund including shipping costs

4. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs
• Do not use the product — keep it in the condition received for return pickup

5. Refund Timeline

• Cashfree refunds: 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after approval
• Bank processing: Additional 3-5 days depending on your bank
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
