3. Consultation Policy

• Flat Fee: Each consultation has a fixed price. There is no per-minute billing. The session continues until the astrologer determines your questions have been adequately addressed.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you feel the consultation did not provide clarity, you may request a follow-up session within 7 days at no additional charge, subject to astrologer availability.
• Birth Data Accuracy: Accurate birth date, time, and place are essential for precise readings. You are responsible for providing correct information. Inaccurate data may affect the quality of predictions.
• Confidentiality: All personal information and consultation details are kept strictly confidential.

4. Products — Gemstones, Yantras & Vastu Items

• All gemstones are natural and come with a lab certification unless otherwise stated.
• Product images are representative; actual color and appearance may vary slightly due to natural variations.
• Gemstones and yantras are energized through Vedic rituals before dispatch. The spiritual benefit depends on individual faith and usage.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our Cashfree payment gateway.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets as supported by Cashfree.
• For astrology consultations, payment may be collected at the time of booking or at the time of consultation as specified.
• An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
