Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and to select international destinations. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery pincode.

• Domestic (India): All serviceable pincodes covered via trusted courier partners
• International: Available for select countries — shipping charges and timelines vary by destination

2. Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier service selected. Applicable customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Gemstones: 3-7 business days after dispatch
• Yantras & Vastu Products: 5-10 business days after dispatch (additional time for energization rituals)
• Metro Cities: Typically faster — 3-5 business days
• Tier 2/3 Cities & Rural Areas: 5-10 business days
• International: 10-20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
• Gemstones and yantras undergo Vedic energization rituals before dispatch — this may add 1-3 extra days
• You will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once the order is dispatched
• Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday (except public holidays)

5. Packaging

We take special care in packaging your sacred products:

• Gemstones are individually packed in protective pouches with lab certificates
• Yantras are carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transit
• All products include an authenticity card and care instructions
• Eco-friendly packaging materials are used wherever possible

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched:

• You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS/WhatsApp
• You can also track your order from your account dashboard

7. Delivery Issues

• Wrong address provided: Please contact us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we can update the address. A re-shipping fee may apply for orders already dispatched to an incorrect address.
• Failed delivery / Not at home: The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. After that, the package will be held at the nearest courier office for 5 days. Please arrange redelivery or pickup within this period.
• Lost in transit: If tracking shows no update for 10+ days, contact us. We will investigate with the courier and either reship or refund your order.
• Damaged on arrival: Please report within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Service-Related Shipping

Astrology consultations and puja services are delivered online or in-person and do not involve physical shipping. Written reports are delivered via email. Puja prasad and related items (if included in a puja package) will be shipped separately after the puja is performed.
